Csoroge-hungarian crispy crullers

Csoroge-hungarian crispy crullers ingredients
- THE ART OF HUNGARIAN COOKING
- 6 Egg yolks
- 1 t Salt
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 t brandy
- 1 T Vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 c flour
- 1⁄2 c Sour cream
Cooking Csoroge-hungarian crispy crullers
1. Add all or enough of flour to egg yolks and sour cream to make a soft dough.
2. Add sugar, salt, brandy and vinegar.
3. Kneadi until smooth.
4. Roll out very thin.
5. Cut into diamond shapes.
6. Make a slit in center and pull one end through slit.
7. Fryi in deep fat until light brown.
8. Drain on absorbent paper.
9. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
