Crustless sausage-apple quiche

Crustless sausage-apple quiche ingredients
- -Pam Coombes
- 1⁄2 lb Bulk pork Sausage
- 1 1⁄2 c Finely chopped apple
- 1⁄2 t Ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 t Ground nutmeg
- 1 c Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- Cheese
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 c Half & half
- 1⁄2 c Biscuit mix
Cooking Crustless sausage-apple quiche
1. Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well.
2. Set aside.
3. Combine apple, spices, cheese and sausage.
4. Spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or deep-dish pieplate.
5. Combine eggs, half&half, and biscuit mix in a mixing bowl; mix well.
6. Pour over apple mixture.
7. Bakei at 375 °F for 40 minutes or until set.
