Crunchy Taco Bake ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Onion, chopped
  • 1 cn Hot chili with BEANS (15 oz)
  • 1 cn Tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 cn Tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t Chili powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2 c Corn chips, coarsley crushed
  • 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Cooking Crunchy Taco Bake

1. Crumble ground beef in a 2 quart casserole.
2. Add onions; microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes.
3. Stiri to break up meat.
4. Drain.
5. Stir in chili with BEANS, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder and salt.
6. Microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes.
7. Sprinkle 1 cup of corn chips in 8x8 inch baking dish.
8. Spoon meat mixture over chips.
9. Top with remaining corn chips.
10. Sprinkle with cheese.
11. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
12. Serve with lettuce and salsa.
