Crunchy curried chicken salad ingredients
- 3 c Cooked chicken cubes
- 3 c Cooked rice
- 22 oz Canned mandarin oranges
- -- drained

- 1 Celery rib, thinly sliced

- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1 t curry powder

- c Chopped dry-roasted peanuts

Cooking Crunchy curried chicken salad
1. Combine chicken, rice, oranges, onion and celery in large bowl; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
2. Combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice, curry and salt in small bowl; stir until well combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
4. To serve, pour dressing over salad; toss gently until well combined.
5. Sprinkle with peanuts.
