Crowd Chicken Casserole

Crowd Chicken Casserole ingredients
- 10 c chicken; cooked -- diced
- 10 c Celery, chopped
- 2 bn Green onions with tops slice
- 2 4 oz. each cans chopped green Chilies
- 1 5 3/4 oz Pitted ripe olives
- Drained -- sliced
- 2 c Slivered almonds
- 5 c (20 oz) shredded cheddar Cheese -- DIVIDED
- 2 c Mayonnaise
- 2 c Sour cream
- 5 c Crushed potato chips
Cooking Crowd Chicken Casserole
1. Combine the first six ingredients.
2. Add 2 cups cheese.
3. Mixi mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss.
4. Spoon into two greased 13x9x1 baking dishes.
5. Sprinkle with chips.
6. Top with remaining cheese.
7. Bakei, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
