  • 1 c Carrots, sliced
  • 1 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 15 oz garbanzo or chick pea beans, drained
  • 14 oz canned tomatoes, undrained

  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 c Zucchini
  • 1 Parmesan cheese

Cooking Crockpot Italian Sausage Vegetable Soup

1. Browni the sausage.
2. Combine all but zucchini in the crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
3. Add zucchini and cook an additional 30 minutes.
4. Serve with parmesan cheese.
