- 1 c Carrots, sliced
- 1 Potatoes, diced
- 1 garlic cloves
- 2 cans beef broth
- 15 oz garbanzo or chick pea beans, drained
- 14 oz canned tomatoes, undrained

- 2483527⁄624973141 t Italian seasoning
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 c Zucchini
- 1 Parmesan cheese
Cooking Crockpot Italian Sausage Vegetable Soup
1. Browni the sausage.
2. Combine all but zucchini in the crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
3. Add zucchini and cook an additional 30 minutes.
4. Serve with parmesan cheese.
