Crockpot Italian Beef and Potato Casserole ingredients
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 372529⁄-2009260032 oz scalloped potatoes
- 16 oz Canned tomatoes
- 1 pizza sauce can
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Oregano
- 2483527⁄624973141 t basil
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
- 1 c mozzarella cheese, cubed
Cooking Crockpot Italian Beef and Potato Casserole
1. Browni ground beef, drain well.
2. Put in crockpot with dried potatoes from scalloped potato mix and sauce mix. Add tomatoes, pizza sauce, water, oregano, basil and garlic.
3. Stiri to mix. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
4. Turn to high, stir in cubed cheese.
5. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
6. Serve with garlic bread and a green salad.
