- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Orange marmalade
- 4 lb country style spareribs
- 2 T ketchup
Cooking Crockpot Chinese Style Country Ribs
1. Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, and garlic.
2. Brush on both sides of the ribs.
3. Place in a crockpot.
4. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
5. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
