- 1 To 1 ½ lbs. chicken or turkey, skinned and boned And cut into strips **
- 1 Red bell pepper, cut in

- 1 Lg. onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 pk Dry fajita mix

- 6 Or 7 flour tortillas (7 or 8")
- 2 Sm. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Avocado, peeled, thinly Sliced

Cooking Crockery cooker fajitas
