Crock Pot Roast Beef ingredients
- 5 lb Chuck roast
- 2 french onion soup, cans
- 16 oz Beer
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 2 Beef bouillon cubes
Cooking Crock Pot Roast Beef
1. Braise roast in 400 degree oven for one hour.
2. Add all ingredients together with roast in crockpot.
3. Stiri a bit and simmer 4-5 hours.
4. Note: Roasti can be cut up in chunks to fit in crockpot after simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pieces.
5. May be served on buns with Au Jusi or with potatoes and vegetables.
