Critter pb&j sandwiches

1. Cut bread with 3 to 4-inch wide open-topped animal-shaped cookie cutters (freezing the bread makes it easier to cut).
2. You will need 2 of each shape to make each sandwich.
3. Spread peanut butter on 8 animal cutouts; spread jelly on reverse side of corresponding cutouts.
4. Assemble sandwiches.
