Crispy Salmon Potato Pancakes

Crispy Salmon Potato Pancakes ingredients
- 1 cn (14.75 oz's.) Alaska salmon
- 2 med Baking potatoes
- 1⁄3 c Carrots, grated
- 2 Egg; lightly beaten
- 2 T flour
- 1⁄2 t Black pepper
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- Vegatable oil for frying
- Apple sauce
Cooking Crispy Salmon Potato Pancakes
1. Browni and crispy potatoes are everyone's favorite.
2. You can make a nutritious meal-in-one by combining grated potatoes with flaked Alaska canned salmon.
3. Make small pancakes for the kids and garnish with a sweet and familiar ingredient such as applesauce.
4. Sour creami mixed with horseradish makes these irresistible for the adults at your table.
5. Drain and flake salmon.
6. Peeli potatoes and grate using large holes of a cheese grater.
7. Combine salmon and grated potatoes with remaining ingredients except vegetable oil and applesauce.
8. Mixi well.
9. Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
10. Form potato mixture* into thin patties using 1/3 Cup mixture for each.
11. Fryi in heated skillet for 3 minutes on each side or until crisp golden brown.
12. Serve with applesauce.
13. Makes 4-6 servings (10-12 salmon potato cakes).
