Crispy Romaine Salad with Smoked Turkey and Bing Cherries ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce medium-chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Crumbled feta cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Diced green onion some green included
  • 1 cn (11-ounce) mandarin oranges
  • 1 c Smoked turkey cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • c California Bing cherries - washed halved
  • Balsamic vinaigrette

Cooking Crispy Romaine Salad with Smoked Turkey and Bing Cherries

1. Tossi all ingredients together except cherries in a large bowl.
2. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over salad, reserving 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette, and toss salad.
3. Drizzle remaining vinaigrette over cherries and toss to coat.
4. Arrange salad on individual plates and sprinkle with cherries.
5. Serves four.
