Crispy Lamb Chops with Almonds ingredients

  • 8 large Lamb chops
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb chopped cocktail almonds (salted)
  • 1 T Chopped garlic
  • 8 oz butter, softened
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Bread crumbs
  • 2 T flour
  • 4 large Tomatoes
  • 2 T Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking oil, for deep frying

Cooking Crispy Lamb Chops with Almonds

1. Seasoni lamb chops with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
2. Deep-fry the lamb chops for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
3. Slice tomatoes in half, then grill.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped almonds, garlic and parsley.
5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
6. Add the almond-garlic mixture, bread crumbs, then season with salt and pepper.
7. Mixi well, then remove from heat.
8. Coat the lamb chops with the almond mixture, then deep-fry again until the lamb chops are golden-brown.
9. Use the rest of the almond mixture to top the grilled tomato halves.
10. Top with more chopped parsley.
11. Arrange the lamb chops with grilled tomatoes and garnish with parsley.
