- 2483527⁄624973141 c Light-brown sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Wine vinegar
- 2 T Catsup
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 1 t Dry mustard
- 6 c Spinach
- 1 c Bean sprouts
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Mushrooms
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Scallions
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sliced water chestnuts
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Bacon bits
- 2 Hard cooked eggs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c dry roasted sunflower seeds
Cooking Crisp Spinach Salad
1. Combine oil, onions, brown sugar, vinegar, catsup, worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard in a food processor process to a smooth puree.
2. Cover and set aside.
3. Combine spinach, bean sprouts, mushrooms, scallions, and water chestnuts-toss lightly to mix well.
4. Add dressing mixture-toss to moisten well.
5. Garnishi with bacon, egg, and sunflower seeds.
6. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
