  • 2 T Catsup
  • 1 t worchestershire sause
  • 1 t Dry mustard
  • 6 c Spinach
  • 1 c Bean sprouts
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Mushrooms
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Scallions
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sliced water chestnuts
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Bacon bits
  • 2 Hard cooked eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c dry roasted sunflower seeds

Cooking Crisp Spinach Salad

1. Combine oil, onions, brown sugar, vinegar, catsup, worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard in a food processor process to a smooth puree.
2. Cover and set aside.
3. Combine spinach, bean sprouts, mushrooms, scallions, and water chestnuts-toss lightly to mix well.
4. Add dressing mixture-toss to moisten well.
5. Garnishi with bacon, egg, and sunflower seeds.
6. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
