Cooking Crisco peanut butter cookie

1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine peanut butter, crisco, sugar, milk, and vanilla Beat at medium speed until blended.
3. Add egg and beat again.
4. Combine dry ingredients.
5. Mixi in at low speed Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.
6. Bakei 7-8 minutes or until brown.
7. Variation: flatten slightly in a criss-cross pattern with a floured fork.
8. Top with sprinkles or chipits semi-sweet chocolate chips.
