Crepes fitzgerald ingredients

  • 2 crepes
  • 2 t Cream cheese (heaping ts)
  • 2 T Sour cream
  • 1⁄2 c Strawberries
  • Sugar
  • butter
  • Strawberry liqueur
  • kirsch

Cooking Crepes fitzgerald

1. Make crepes by your favorite recipe.
2. Roll cream cheese and sour cream in crepes and put on a plate.
3. Cook stawberries in sugar and a small amount of butter.
4. Flame in strawberry liqueur and kirsch and pour over crepes.
