- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 t Oregano
- 1 med onions, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 med Tomatoes, diced
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Whole button mushrooms
- 1 T Tomato paste
Cooking Creole Mushrooms
1. Simmeri the garlic, oregano & onion in the wine for 5 minutes.
2. Add diced bell pepper & the jalapeno pepper.
3. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes & cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Finally add the mushrooms & the tomato paste.
6. Cook until the sauce is thickened.
7. Serve hot.
