Creme De Cassis Cheesecake

Creme De Cassis Cheesecake ingredients
- 2 c vanilla water or butter
- -cookie crumbs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 1 oz Square white chocolate grated
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz cream cheese, softened
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sugar
- 3 t Creme de cassis
- pn Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 3 oz White chocolate -- shaved
- 16 oz Sour cream
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 1 t Almond extract
- -Additional white chocolate shaved
Cooking Creme De Cassis Cheesecake
1. Combine first 4 ingredients; press in bottom and up sides of a 10-inch springform pan. Chill.
2. Beat cream cheese and 1-1/4 cups sugar at high speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
3. Add creme de cassis and salt; mix well.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.
5. Foldi in shaved chocolate.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bakei at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
7. Let cool 10 minutes.
8. Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and almond extract.
9. Spread over cheesecake.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
11. Refrigerate cheesecake immediately for at least 8 hours.
12. Garnishi with additional shave white chocolate.
