Creamy Veal Stew

Creamy Veal Stew ingredients
- 1 c prepared gravy(bottled or canned brown stock)
- 1⁄2 c Cream
- 2 T butter
- 1 lb minced veal(cut for stews)
- 1 t Chopped shallots
- 2 T Cooking oil
- 2 T white wine
Cooking Creamy Veal Stew
1. Seasoni sliced veal meat with salt and pepper.
2. Panfry in cooking oil over high heat until medium.
3. remove meat and keep warm.
4. using the same pan, add shallots and saute for 1 minute.
5. Add white wine and continue stir-frying for 1 minute.
6. Add gravy and simmer for 2 minutes.
7. Add butter, cream and veal.
8. Mixi well and simmer for 1 more minute.
9. Garnishi with fresh herbs.
