Creamy Tortelloni Chicken Primavera ingredients

  • 10 oz BUITONIĀ® Light Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 pk BUITONIĀ® Mushroom & Cheese Tortelloni
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 green, red and/or yellow bell peppers
  • 1 Onions
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Frozen green peas

Cooking Creamy Tortelloni Chicken Primavera

1. COOK, rinse and drain Tortellonii according to package directions.
2. Keep warm.
3. HEAT olive oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add chicken.
5. COOK, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink.
6. Remove from skillet.
7. Place bell peppers and onion in same skillet.
8. COOK, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
9. Reducei heat to low; add chicken, sauce and peas.
10. COOK, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until heated through.
11. SERVE over pasta.
