Cooking Creamy tomato and basil sauce for pasta
1. 6 roma tomatoes 4 tb fresh basil; chopped ½ ts garlic; minced 3 tb cream salt pepper ¼ c parmesan cheese parsley; minced, for garnish roma tomatoes; chopped, for ~ garnish puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender.
2. Heat in a saucepan with garlic, cream and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour over freshly-cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
4. Garnishi with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
