Creamy tofu dressing ingredients

  • 1 c Firm tofu, (bean curd)
  • -sliced
  • 1 large Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 T Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Lemon, juice with plup
  • 1⁄4 t Dried leaf oregano
  • 1⁄4 t Dried leaf marjoram
  • 3 T Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 1⁄4 c Water, about

Cooking Creamy tofu dressing

1. Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
2. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Makes 2 cups.
