Creamy tofu dressing

Creamy tofu dressing ingredients
- 1 c Firm tofu, (bean curd)
- -sliced
- 1 large Garlic clove, minced
- 2 T Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Lemon, juice with plup
- 1⁄4 t Dried leaf oregano
- 1⁄4 t Dried leaf marjoram
- 3 T Balsamic vinegar
- 3 Green onions, chopped
- 1⁄4 c Water, about
Cooking Creamy tofu dressing
1. Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
2. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Makes 2 cups.
