Creamy pesto sauce ingredients

  • 1 pk Mori-Nu silken soft tofu
  • -drained (10.5 oz)
  • 1 c Parsley, stems removed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 T Nutritional yeast "parmesan"
  • 1 oz Fresh basil
  • 1 t Lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil

Cooking Creamy pesto sauce

1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
2. Process on high approximately 30 seconds.
3. heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.
