Creamy Pear Flan ingredients

  • 1 bo Pear LIBBY'S® KERN'S® All Nectar
  • 1 bo NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 pk Cream cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla extract
  • 5 Eggs

Cooking Creamy Pear Flan

1. PREHEAT oven to 350&degF.
2. PLACE sugar in small, heavy-duty saucepan.
3. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and golden.
4. Quickly pour into (8) 6-ounce custard cups.
5. PLACE nectar, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese and vanilla extract in blender or food processor; cover.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Add eggs; blend until smooth.
8. Pour into prepared cups.
9. Divide cups between two 13x9x2-inch baking pans; fill pans with hot water to 1-inch depths.
10. BAKE for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in centers comes out clean.
11. Remove to wire rack to cool for 30 minutes; refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
12. RUN small spatula around edges of cups; gently shake flans to loosen.
13. Invert onto serving dishes.
