Creamy mustard sauce ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c nonfat yogurt
  • 1⁄2 c Nonfat sour cream
  • 1 T Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T (to 2 tbs)
  • -red wine vinegar
  • 1 T Spicy brown mustard
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 3⁄4 t dried marjoram
  • 1⁄8 t Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove(s), minced

Cooking Creamy mustard sauce

1. Combine all the ingredients and stir well.
2. Cover and chill if desired.
3. Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
