Creamy country ice cream

Creamy country ice cream ingredients
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 6 Egg yolks
- 2 c Heavy Cream
- 2 t vanilla
Cooking Creamy country ice cream
1. In small saucepan, combine water and sugar, stirring, boil 2 minutes.
2. Beat egg yolks at high speed.
3. Continue beating eggs while drizzling with hot syrup.
4. Beat until cool, about 5 minutes.
5. Whipi heavy cream into soft peaks.
6. Foldi into egg mixture.
7. Add vanilla.
8. Chill and stir freeze.
9. Note: this recipe is for a 1-quart machine.
10. Double or triple ingredients if needed for your machine.
