Creamy Brown Rice ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 c water
  • 1⁄2 c 2% lowfat milk
  • 1 T margarine or butter
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 1 c Brown Rice
  • Jam

Cooking Creamy Brown Rice

1. In medium saucepan, bring water, milk, margarine and salt to a boil.
2. Stiri in rice and bring to a boil again.
3. Cook, covered, 45 to 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
4. Spoon into bowls and top with a generous spoonful of Honeyi Peachi Toppingi.
