Cream tomato soup ingredients

  • 1 pt Tomato juice, strained
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 qt Milk

Cooking Cream tomato soup

1. Creami butter and flour together, add to hot juice.
2. Stiri quickly or use egg beater to smooth.
3. Cook until it thickens.
4. Heat milk until slight scum forms; lower heat, add tomato mixture slowly, stirring constantly.
5. Salti to taste.
6. Serve hot with buttered popcorn or crackers.
