sieve flour baking powder and salt together. Add sugar butter and ice cold water. Kneadi into soft firm dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough about 1/4" thick. Cut into small tarts with a biscuit cutter. Press them into tart moulds. Prick them with a fork all over.
Place all the tart on the baking tray. Bakei at 230 degree centigrade for 20 minutes.
Once ready, set aside to cool. Fill them with beaten fresh cream or vanilla ice-cream. Top it with cherry.
Serve cold

  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • 1⁄2 T castor sugar
  • 1⁄4 T baking powder
  • pt Salt
  • 3 T Cold water
  • beaten fresh cream or vanilla ice-cream
  • galzed cherries to garnish
