Cream of pea soup ingredients

  • 1⁄2 t Sugar
  • 1 pt water
  • 2 T flour
  • 1⁄8 t Pepper
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 1⁄2 T butter
  • 1 pt Milk

Cooking Cream of pea soup

1. Run peas and liquid through strainer; add sugar and water and heat.
2. Make white sauce of flour, salt, pepper, butter and milk.
3. As soon as sauce boils remove from fire and combine with peas.
