- 40 g Sultana raisins
- 1 dl Cream 35% (whipping, etc.)
- 1 Roulade
- 30 g almond flakes
- 20 g Sugar, icing (confectioner's)

1. ROLL OUT THE PATE SABLEE TO 3MM THICKNESS, CUT OUT A BASE OF 26 CM DIAMETER PLACE ONTO A SILICON PAPER LINED BAKING TRAY AND BAKE AT 180
