Cranberry orange relish - estee ingredients
- 12 oz Bag Cranberries - fresh or
- -frozen
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1⁄2 c Dark raisins
- 1⁄2 c Golden Raisins
- 14 oz Jar Estee Orange Fruit
- -spread OR 1 ½ cups
- 6 pk Or 8 pk. Estee Swiss Sweet
Cooking Cranberry orange relish - estee

2. rinse cranberries in cold water and drain.
3. In medium saucepan bring cranberries and water to a boil.
4. Reducei heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
5. Stiri occasionally.
6. Remove from heat and add raisins.
7. Allow to cool 10 to 15 minutes.
8. Stir in estee fruit spread and if desired sweeten with estee swiss sweet.
9. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
10. Yield: 1 quart of 16 each ¼ ounce servings.
11. Exchange per ¼ oz.
12. serving = 1 fruit.
