Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns -- thawed
- 1⁄2 c margarine; melted
- 1 cn cream of chicken soup -- condensed
- 1 pt Sour cream
- 1⁄2 c Onion, chopped
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 t Salt
- 2 c Cornflakes -- crushed
- 1⁄4 c margarine; melted
Cooking Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole
1. COMBINE next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns.
2. PUT all in a 3 quart casserole.
3. SAUTE cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. COVER and BAKE at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
