Crab Quiche Suissse

Crab Quiche Suissse ingredients
- 3 Egg
- 1 c Half and half
- 1 T flour
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 t Prepared mustard
- 1⁄8 t Liquid hot pepper sauce
- 1 c crab meat
- 1 Pie shell
- 1⁄2 c Swiss cheese
- 1⁄2 c Gruyere Cheese
- 1⁄2 c Gruyere Cheese
Cooking Crab Quiche Suissse
1. Combine eggs, half & half, flour, worcestershire, mustard, tabasco sauce, and salt-mix well.
2. Place crab in prepared crust.
3. Top with egg mixture.
4. Cover with grated cheeses.
5. Cover crust with foil as needed to keep crust from burning remove from heat.
6. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
