Crab Curry Dip

Crab Curry Dip ingredients
- 1 pk light cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
- 1⁄2 c NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk
- 3⁄4 c fresh, cooked or chopped imitation crabmeat
- 2 T Green onions
- 2 T Red bell pepper
- 1⁄2 t curry powder
- 1⁄4 t garlic salt
- 1 assorted cut fresh vegetables
Cooking Crab Curry Dip
1. BEAT cream cheese and evaporated milk in small mixer bowl until creamy.
2. Stiri in crabmeat, green onion, bell pepper, curry powder and garlic salt.
3. Cover; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Serve with vegetables.
