Crab Cakes, Tuna Cakes ingredients
- 6 1⁄2 To 7 ounces crab meat or Water-packed tuna -- drained
- 6 Whole grain crackers -- finely Crushed
- 1⁄4 c Minced red bell pepper
- 2 T Fresh Minced parsley
- 1⁄8 t Ground red pepper
- 2 T Minced onions
- 1 Smilin' egg white
- 2 t Reduced calorie Mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 t Lemon juice
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1 To 2 teasp fresh minced basi
- 1⁄2 t Marjoram
Cooking Crab Cakes, Tuna Cakes
1. Preheat oven to 375~.
2. Spray nonstick baking sheet with vegetable coating spray.
3. In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients, being careful not to break up lumps of crab meat.
4. Using a scant 1/4 cup mixture for each, make 6 cakes.
5. Shape mixture into circle, pressing flat.
6. Place on prepared baking sheet.
7. Bakei 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
