Country corn bread ingredients

  • 8 oz Plain Yogurt
  • 1⁄4 c Vegetable cooking oil
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 c All-purpose flour
  • 1 c Enriched cornmeal
  • 1⁄4 c Sugar
  • 1⁄2 t Baking soda
  • 1⁄2 t Salt

Cooking Country corn bread

1. Beat together yogurt, vegetable oil and egg. Combine remaining ingredients.
2. Mixi well.
3. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bakei at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
