Cottage cheese cookies

Cottage cheese cookies ingredients
- 1⁄2 c butter or butter substitute
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 c Cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Salt
Cooking Cottage cheese cookies
1. Creami butter and cheese until thoroughly blended.
2. Sifti flour, measure, and sift with sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add gradually to first mixture.
4. Form into a loaf.
5. Chill overnight.
6. Slice thin.
7. Place on slightly oiled baking sheet.
8. Bakei in moderate oven (400°F) 10 minutes, or until delicate brown.
9. 40 servings.
