Cottage cheese cakes

- Main Ingredient: Cheese Cheese and eggs

- Yield:
Cottage cheese cakes ingredients
- 3 med Eggs
- 1 c Small curd cottage cheese
- 2 T Corn oil
- 2 T Flour or cornmeal
Cooking Cottage cheese cakes
1. Combine the ingredients in order in a blender.
2. Blend well until mixture is smooth.
3. Cook on a slightly greased griddle or in a hot skillet.
4. Since the consistency of the cakes is light keep the cake size small.
