Cornmeal Tart Crust

Cornmeal Tart Crust ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Unsalted butter
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1 c Cornmeal
- 1 t Salt
- 1 c flour
Cooking Cornmeal Tart Crust
1. Combine butter and dry ingredients-mix to a mealy texture beat in eggs, one at a time, until dough comes together.
2. Wrap in plastic and chill until firm.
3. Rollout and press onto the bottom and up the sides of tart pans.
4. Bakei blind and fill or fill and bake as desired.
