Corned Beef No. 1

Corned Beef No. 1 ingredients
- 4 lb corned beef brisket
- 1 water
- 1⁄2 c Onion, chopped
- 2 garlic, cloves, minced or garlic powder
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 cabbage, head, cut into wedges
Cooking Corned Beef No. 1
1. Placed corned beef in crockpot, barely cover with water.
2. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours.
4. If cabbage is desired, lift corned beef out of pot, turn to HIGH and drop wedges of cabbage into broth.
5. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Remove and serve.
