Corned Beef Hash ingredients
- 1 t Corned beef
- 1 Onions; chopped fine
- 2 Potatoes; medium, boiled
- 2 Eggs
- Pepper
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Dry mustard
Cooking Corned Beef Hash
1. Dicei corned beef and cooked potatoes (or substitute coarsely grated raw potato).
2. Chopi onion finely.
3. Mixi together in a bowl, adding seasonings, add egg and mix more.
4. Put in skillet, coated with oil and form patty 1/2"-3/4" thick, sprinkle with dry mustard.
5. Cook till crispy (about 10 minutes), cover with a large plate and flip over.
6. Sprinkle with mustard and cook till crisp.
7. Serve with a fried egg on top.
