Coriander-pepper chops ingredients
- 4 Boneless pork chops
- -- about 1-inch thick
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 T Crushed coriander seeds
- 1 T Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 T Brown sugar
- 3 T soy sauce
Cooking Coriander-pepper chops
1. These sweet peppery pork chops are marinated with just the right touch of seasoning.
2. Combine all ingredients except pork chops.
3. Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over; let marinate 30 minutes.
4. Prepare medium-hot coals, banked, in grill bed. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill chops over indirect heat for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
5. Juices should run clear and chops should be tender and juicy.
