Coonmart Chili

Coonmart Chili ingredients
- 5 lb Ground lean beef
- 6 Chopped onion
- 6 gal Cloves, minced
- 3 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 3 6 oz can tomato paste
- 3 Quarts tomato juice
- 9 T Chili powder
- 4 T Vinegar
- 4 T Brown sugar
- 4 T Ground cumin
- 2 t Each: majorum, coriander
- Ground pepper
- 4 Bay leaves
- Dash: cinnamon, cayenne
- Pepper, hot sauce, ms. dash
- White wine & spagh sauce
Cooking Coonmart Chili
1. In very large pot, brown beef, onions and garlic; drain off fat. Add remainder of ingredients and bring to boil.
2. Reducei heat, cover, and simmer for several hours, stirring occasionally.
3. Great served with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion toppings.
