Cool cucumber soup ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers
  • 1⁄4 c Walnuts
  • 1 Fennel or celery stalk
  • 3 c Plain Yogurt
  • 1 T olive oil
  • garnish
  • Dill or parsley, chopped

Cooking Cool cucumber soup

1. Peeli cucumbers.
2. Blend in food processor with other ingredients except the oil. Add oil drop by drop while blending.
3. Chill for 2 hours.
4. Garnishi with dill or parsley.
