Cookie-sour cream cake

Cookie-sour cream cake ingredients
- 1 c All-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 c Sour cream
- 1⁄4 c margarine or butter
- -softened
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1 Eggs
- 8 Cream-filled sandwich cookies
- *if using self-rising flour
- Decrease baking soda to
- 1⁄4 t And omit baking powder.
Cooking Cookie-sour cream cake
1. Recipe by: betty crocker"s cookbook heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Greasei and flour round pan, 8 x 1-½ or 9 x 1-½ inches.
3. Beat all ingredients except cookies in medium bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
4. Beat on high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
5. Coarsely chop cookies.
6. Stiri into batter.
7. Pour into pan. Bakei 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
8. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
9. Frosti with sweetened whipped cream and garnish with additional cookies if desired.
10. 8 servings; 350 calories per serving.
11. Food processor directions: place all ingredients except cookies in food processor.
12. Cover and process 30 seconds or until smooth.
13. Add whole cookies.
14. Process using quick on-and-off motions until cookies are coarsely chopped.
