Cookie icing

Cookie icing ingredients
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t vanilla
- food coloring
Cooking Cookie icing
1. Preparation time: 0:10 beat butter and sugar until smooth.
2. Add salt and vanilla.
3. Beat, divide and color.
4. If icing becomes too stiff, add a few drops of water.
5. Icingi can be kept for several days in refrigerator in a sealed container.
6. Allow to reach room temp before using.
