Conch fritters ingredients

  • 2 lb Conch, ground
  • 1 Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 med Onion, chopped
  • 2 t Salt
  • 1 t Black pepper
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 3 oz Tomato paste
  • 3 c Self-Rising flour

Cooking Conch fritters

1. Mixi the ground conch with green pepper, onion, salt, black pepper and baking powder.
2. Stiri in the tomato paste and flour.
3. Shape into balls and spoon into hot oil. Fryi until golden brown.
4. Serve with cocktail sauce.
5. Note: i like to add 2 tsp. hot sauce to the batter.
