Coffee liqueur mayan chili ingredients

  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 T Chili powder
  • 1 t Cayenne pepper
  • 2 t Salt
  • 2 cn Red kidney beans, drained 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Coffee liqueur
  • 2 med Onion, chopped
  • 2 lb Ground chuck
  • 1 T Cumin
  • 1 t Marjoram, dried
  • 3 cn Tomatoes, (1 lb cans)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley

Cooking Coffee liqueur mayan chili

1. Heat oil in a 4 quart pan. Add onions and garlic.
2. Sautei until transparent.
3. Add meat, cook until browned.
4. Drain well in a colander.
5. Return meat to pan and add chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and marjoram.
6. Stiri over medium heat for 3 minutes.
7. Add remaining ingredients.
8. Bring to boil.
9. Reducei heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
10. To serve top with cheese, onion, sour cream.
