Coffee liqueur mayan chili ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T Chili powder
- 1 t Cayenne pepper
- 2 t Salt
- 2 cn Red kidney beans, drained 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Coffee liqueur
- 2 med Onion, chopped
- 2 lb Ground chuck
- 1 T Cumin
- 1 t Marjoram, dried
- 3 cn Tomatoes, (1 lb cans)
- 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley
Cooking Coffee liqueur mayan chili
1. Heat oil in a 4 quart pan. Add onions and garlic.
2. Sautei until transparent.
3. Add meat, cook until browned.
4. Drain well in a colander.
5. Return meat to pan and add chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and marjoram.
6. Stiri over medium heat for 3 minutes.
7. Add remaining ingredients.
8. Bring to boil.
9. Reducei heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
10. To serve top with cheese, onion, sour cream.
